My Story

Welcome everyone! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my website! Now, let me tell you a little bit about myself. 

 

I am a new mommy to a beautiful little girl and engaged to marry my future husband and fitness partner.

I have always been passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle! I spent my childhood and teen years on grassy fields and courts playing every sport in the book! From Rugby and field hockey, to belly dancing and yoga. I have always enjoyed exploring different ways to keep fit and active while having fun! I have a strong interest in nutrition. I have learned that fuelling your body with the right kind of foods and supplements are just as important in working out itself, to maintain a healthy lifestyle! 

 


For the past 5 years I have been an Early Childhood Educator, meeting many families in the community. I enjoyed cross-fit and really took living a healthy lifestyle to the next level. My fiancé and I ate clean and trained mean! We then found out that we were expecting and could not have been happier. I spent my pregnancy in a yoga, pilates and dance studio, shaking my baby belly and keeping fit! Although I loved being pregnant I could not wait to get back to my self and my pre baby body! During my pregnancy and with my time off, I took a very strong interest in health and fitness. I enjoyed researching new workouts, healthy recipes, and looking at different blogs with new ideas and fitness wisdom. When I came across this INCREDIBLE opportunity! An opportunity to help me keep fit, help others reach their goals and change their lives and be able to start a career where I can work around my own schedule! I began the 21 Day Fix program , while drinking Shakeology daily (which I absolutely love)! After completing my first 21 days on the program,  I decided to enter the competing world of body building. I have always wanted to compete but never really found the right time to do it! I decided why not and dove right in. In 6 weeks I prepped for my first Bikini competition! I used my 21 Day fix nutrition program to help guide me and keep my meals portioned correctly and  followed the fitness program which kept the intensity high, fun and interesting! The 21 day fix was the perfect addition to my health regime and training. I ended up coming in 9th out of 20 girls in my class. It was a great experience and I definitely hope to do it again in the future :) ! 

Over the years I have learned what really works for my body and mind, fitness that is not a "job" but an activity that we should look forward to in a day! 

I want to share my passion in fitness and help others discover what works for them! There is nothing more rewarding then watching someone achieve their goals and knowing I helped them along the way!
